How to read the ratings
Care Inspectorate Wales publishes ratings for well-being, care and support, environment (care homes) and leadership and management. Ratings started in 2024, so services not inspected since then have no rating yet. We sort services by their lowest current rating. Always read the latest inspection report before choosing.
