Prices exclude VAT. Memberships are monthly, with no minimum term. Paying never changes your position in our CQC-ranked lists.
How you pay for enquiries

- Become a member. Only Member and Featured providers can receive enquiries.
- Buy credits in advance. Credits come in packs of 5, 10 or 25, at the price per enquiry above. Buy them from your private account page, or ask us for an invoice.
- A family chooses you. Families see the members near them that are taking enquiries and tick up to three. Only those they tick receive their details.
- One credit per enquiry. We email you the enquiry straight away, with the credits you have left. A repeat enquiry from the same family within 30 days is free.
- Not right? Tell us within 7 days. If an enquiry is spam, a duplicate, or clearly outside the area or type of care you provide, reply “credit” to the enquiry email and we return the credit.
When you are down to 2 credits we email you to top up. With no credits, families near you are offered other providers until you top up. Credits last 12 months from purchase and aren’t refundable. We don’t guarantee a number of enquiries.
What we ask of members
- Registration with the Care Quality Commission for the services you offer, and no current rating of Inadequate.
- A first reply to each family within one working day.
- Prices, availability and services that are accurate and kept up to date. “Can start this week” shows for 7 days and other availability for 30 days unless you reconfirm it; we email you a one-click reminder.
- Using a family’s details only to answer their enquiry, in line with UK GDPR.
