What inspectors found
- We visited the site on 23, 28 July and 8 August 2025.
- At the time of inspection, there were 35 people living at the service. At our last inspection of this service under a previous provider the service was in breach of regulation in relation to keeping people safe, governance, staffing and failure to report notifiable events.
- Under the new current provider, improvements were found at this assessment and the provider was no longer in breach of these regulations. The provider had a good learning culture and people could raise concerns.
- Several people mentioned how staff went, “Above and beyond.” And how, “Nothing was too much trouble.” People told us they felt able to approach any staff or the manager if they had a complaint and those who had complained, told us it was resolved quickly to their satisfaction.
