What CQC's inspectors reported
- Overall, medicines were safely managed, and we did not find any medication errors.
- However, we continued to find areas where records required additional information and the provider’s own medication audits had not been effective in driving these improvements.
- We found risks to people’s care were assessed but we found examples where best practice guidance around supporting people at risk of developing pressure ulcers was not always followed.
- We spoke with 4 people using the service and 3 relatives about their experience of the care provided.
