- Since our last inspection the registered manager had improved governance systems.
- Audits were in place to help identify concerns and the registered manager took actions to address them.
- However, the registered manager knew the service well and staff knew people well and therefore there was no impact on the service people received.
- People were supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives and staff supported them in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests; the policies and systems in the service supported this practice.
