What inspectors found
- Right Support Staff did not always support some people to have the maximum possible choice, control and be independent and they had limited control over some areas of their own lives.
- Some people had limited opportunities to build skills and participate in individual activities.
- Staff were trying to be more focused on people's strengths and promoted what they could do, so people had a fulfilling and meaningful everyday life, some work had begun with some people but we were told there were not enough staff to provide this support consistently for everyone.
- Each person had their own rooms, which were generally personalised to meet their needs and preferences.
Inspected 16 May 2022; report published 5 January 2023; supporting 20 people at the time. Taken from CQC's own findings (Open Government Licence). Read the full report.
