What CQC's inspectors reported
- Some people living at the home are living with dementia.
- The provider had systems in place to keep people safe and mentally stimulated.
- Whilst the home was clean, a gap in staffing at certain times meant cleaning staff were not always able to fulfil their role.
- A person said, “We love it here.” And another person said, “You hear about other homes being bad, I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.” We saw people supported by caring staff who knew them well.
