- We undertook an announced inspection visit to the service on 31 July 2025 where we met with the registered manager and one of the company directors.
- We subsequently carried out telephone interviews with people who used the service and staff and contacted 1 person by email.
- Steps had been taken to safeguard people from abuse and risk assessments were in place to help mitigate risks people faced.
