- During the inspection we spoke with the registered manager, the operations manager, a field supervisor, a care coordinator and 5 care workers.
- Right Support: Despite most people’s experience of care being positive the provider’s processes were not always in line with best practice.
- As part of the assessment we made calls to 10 people and 6 relatives of people receiving care to gather their feedback about the service they received.
